For our USA office, we are seeking a Data Implementer to work closely with our customer in Galena Park.
Your Role
The Antea Implementer is responsible for effectively organizing and performing data entry with a high level of accuracy on asset data into Antea software. Update data in Antea software as needed. Develop and run reports to achieve, maintain and accurately report asset integrity performance. An Antea implementer will also verify technical data (temperatures, metallurgy, pressures, thicknesses, etc.) from documents such as Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), engineering construction drawings, and code forms. The implementer will utilize Antea to provide oversight of document controls activities; ensure that quality of document controls deliverables meet expected standards. The implementer will schedule weekly and monthly meetings to communicate PSM updates, Asset PM updates and Project updates with all levels of management, clients, and team members. This position will ensure work is being performed within the guidelines of client policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
- At least 2 years of Inspection Data Management system experience preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Applications
- At least 2 years’ experience of day-to-day engagement with clients or working onsite at client office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized individual with ability to multi-task
- Experience in NDT a plus
- Understanding of technical documentation such as equipment design documents, P&IDs, and inspection isometrics
- Having work authorization in US is a must
