ANTEA ADOPTS HAPPYFOX FOR TICKET MANAGEMENT: CUSTOMER SUPPORT COINCIDES WITH PROBLEM RESOLUTION

Antea has recently adopted HappyFox for ticket management, it is now possible to make reports and follow the progress step by step until resolution.
Through the activation of the account, the user has the opportunity to manage the tickets, reporting any problems encountered or updating previous reports. Moreover, it is possible to keep track of the progress at each stage until the resolution in addition to the possibility to communicate with the Help Center. All this is possible directly from the platform or through notifications via email and now available on tablets and smartphones.
