Location: The Woodlands, Texas (Hybrid)
Join Antea, a global leader in asset integrity management (AIM) software with digital twin. We’re seeking an IDMS data Implementer to support the deployment, configuration, and optimization of our Integrity Data Management System (IDMS). This role bridges the gap between asset integrity teams and IT, ensuring accurate setup, migration of inspection data, and smooth adoption of the system across the organization.
Reporting to our office in The Woodlands, Texas, this is a hybrid on-site/remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement the IDMS to align with company integrity and compliance requirements
- Build and maintain asset hierarchies for equipment (pressure vessels, tanks, piping, exchangers, relief devices, etc.)
- Support data migration efforts, including cleansing, mapping, and validation of legacy inspection records
- Set up and maintain CMLs, inspection plans, and equipment test/maintenance histories in the system
- Work with stakeholders to gather user requirements and configure workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Test system configuration, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with IDMS platforms (e.g., Antea, GE APM/Meridium, PCMS, Visions, UltraPIPE, etc.)
- Strong understanding of asset data structures (equipment hierarchies, inspection records, CMLs)
- Knowledge of industry standards and codes (API, ASME, NBIC, NACE) is an asset
- Hands-on experience with data management (SQL queries, data cleansing, migration)
- Familiarity with system integration to CMMS/ERP systems (SAP, Maximo, Infor, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate user needs into system configurations
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple implementation tasks simultaneously
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to inspection or asset integrity workflows (API 510/570/653 awareness)
- Project implementation experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power industries
