Your Role

For our Padua office we are looking for a Junior Systems Analyst & Helpdesk. The candidate must:

  • Provide support for user problems (helpdesk/assistance, user support for use or problems relating to Antea software, management of utilities, installation and configuration of applications, access to the network, availability of services).
  • Support the ticket escalation process to drive problem resolution.
  • Support the IT manager in management operations (creation of users, monitoring and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure, drafting and updating of documentation).
  • Collaborate with the development department contributing to the construction of functional tests and the optimization of the developed applications.



  • 1-3 years experience in a similar position.
  • Hardware and software replacement/installation/configuration (OS, disks, cloning, bios configuration, drivers, etc.).
  • Basic skills in Windows, Mac OS, GNU/Linux.
  • Basic skills in active directory/dns/dhcp/lan/wan networks proficiency in English (B1).
