Your Role
For our Padua office we are looking for a Junior Systems Analyst & Helpdesk. The candidate must:
- Provide support for user problems (helpdesk/assistance, user support for use or problems relating to Antea software, management of utilities, installation and configuration of applications, access to the network, availability of services).
- Support the ticket escalation process to drive problem resolution.
- Support the IT manager in management operations (creation of users, monitoring and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure, drafting and updating of documentation).
- Collaborate with the development department contributing to the construction of functional tests and the optimization of the developed applications.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in a similar position.
- Hardware and software replacement/installation/configuration (OS, disks, cloning, bios configuration, drivers, etc.).
- Basic skills in Windows, Mac OS, GNU/Linux.
- Basic skills in active directory/dns/dhcp/lan/wan networks proficiency in English (B1).
